Service Description

(4 Hours up to 4 Days a Week) Our Postpartum Doulas serve families as they settle into their new role as parents. To have someone around whose desire is to assist you & ensure that your needs are met can be so comforting, especially during the sometimes-rocky transition into parenthood. Postpartum Services Include: - Assistance with cleaning, laundry & household duties. - Assistance with feeding, changing, and caring for baby - Holding space for your rest & relaxation by helping care for baby & home - Supporting siblings with integrating new sibling(s) into the family - Preparing specially formulated sitz baths, yoni steams, womb oils, & herbal teas that will promote physical healing - Offering lactation support - Providing information & resources as needed - Offering emotional, physical and educational support during your postpartum period - Prioritizing your informed consent on anything regarding your birth, your body, & your baby, advocating for you every step of the way
