Join us as we gather to make care packages & healing mojos for our community members who are differently-abled, disabled, pregnant or newly postpartum, elderly, or who have special/urgent needs. We will have free first aid supplies, herbs, ear seeding, on-site health screenings, art & more!

About the event
10/10 marks a special day on the Hoodoo Heritage calendar: the Hoodoo Day of Healing!
On this day, we intentionally petition, pray, “werk” and take action for the healing of the body, mind, and spirit of all African American people. It is a day when folks are encouraged to educate and organize on behalf of the most vulnerable— to care for those who are differently abled, disabled, elderly, living with chronic or mental illness, home bound, displaced, pregnant, newly postpartum, unhoused, impoverished and/or just in need of care! On this day we put our juju and our willpower into our collective healing and wellness.
